Juergen is a proven information systems professional and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who has been active in the Information Technology (IT) industry since 1985. He has worked on a variety of projects in many roles including Project Manager, Application Architect, Data Architect and Business Analyst.
Juergen is an application system expert and has been involved from inception through to implementation and post-implementation support of a wide variety of computer-based application architectures and application systems spanning a wide array of business sectors.
Primary business sectors include: Government Health Care, Human Resources, Payroll, Utilities, Insurance, Banking and Pension Administration; utilizing a variety of technical architectures ranging from host-based mainframes and mid-range servers through to micros and networked PC's in client-server and distributed processing environments.

Doug is a proven senior manager and information systems professional who has been active in the Information Technology (IT) industry since 1970. Over 25 years of this activity has been in the consulting end of the business with over 20 years “hands-on” experience as a Project Director and Project Manager.
Doug has served on, and chaired, several project steering and management committees. He has acted in the capacity of senior application manager with several major organizations charged with bringing “best practice” into the development organization along with implementing a complete turnover, re-platforming and re-engineering of an organization’s entire application portfolio.
Throughout his IT consulting career he has been involved with, and responsible for, developing strategies and plans along with implementations related to Back Office suites including Financials, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, Pension Administration, IT outsourcing and Alternative Service Delivery Options, RFP development, Application System Management, Application System Development, Roll-out and implementation of distributed real-time applications, Re-engineering of business processes and organizational structures, Conversion and migration activities, Hardware and Packaged Software evaluation, acquisition and installation.
In addition to his various project management consulting mandates he has held various senior management positions throughout his career including Senior Manager in a private sector corporate environment, Branch Manager responsible for starting new information systems consulting practices, Director responsible for managing and growing the practice of existing information systems consulting offices, and Managing Director and Sole Proprietor of a multi-million dollar IS consulting practice. |
