AmicoGlobal provides affordable hosting services for all our products and, upon request, for other products and services (such as hosting your own website). This includes installation, configuration, hosting and ongoing support of the infrastructure required to run our applications.
There is no need for you to be burdened with a large initial investment in hardware and software nor should you be concerned on what hardware, software and licenses you will require to run our applications.
At a recurring fee (monthly, annual, etc.), we can provide you with all required services to ensure secure processing of your applications. The most basic services include:
- Hosting services on a fully managed Windows / SQL server
- 2.5 Gigabytes of provisioned website, application, e-mail and database hard drive storage
- High Speed Internet connection
- 15 GB per internet traffic per month
- Static Network IP Address
- Fully managed network and application services
- UPS battery backup on server and key networking hardware
- Hardware firewall
- Installation of required server hardware and software updates and patches, as required
- Managed Anti Virus software for servers
- Daily onsite server system backups
- Daily onsite online database and transaction log backups
- Weekly offsite server system backup stored in a secure bank vault
- Weekly offsite database backup stored in a secure bank vault
- Secure alarmed and monitored premise
- Primary and Secondary DNS service for website and Application Services
- Unlimited Email accounts including access via Webmail
- Servers installed in a air conditioned, secure room
- Proactive server health and operation monitoring
