Full Integration of all Information
All information about your members is fully integrated and therefore is easily accessible. All updates including registration, renewal, reinstatement, etc. information is up-to-date on the member’s file as soon as completed ... no uploads or downloads from and to third-party servers.

Users are guided through the processes with an easy-to-use, step-by-step approach and each step provides narrative explanations of what is required and why. - For power-users (such as internal staff), in many cases there is also an "Express" track available for efficiency purposes.
Flexible, User-Definable Workflow
Quite often, an object must pass through stages in order to be completed. A Registration for full membership may go from "Pending" to "Review Required" to "Accepted" and then finally to "Registered". The model supports a fully user-configurable workflow, so if for example no review is required anymore at some point, the user can easily change the workflow to eliminate this step without the need of technical intervention.
Member Self-Service
The application is fully web-based and exactly the same functions will be used by all users, i.e. there are not different functions or screens for internal staff and for members or any other external users. You determine whether a user is allowed to retrieve certain data or perform certain functions by assigning the appropriate access privileges. With this, functionality can be provided as self-service to any external stakeholders (not only members, but also council, committees, vendors, etc.) anytime without the need of programming changes and therefore you will be able to perform this rollout whenever you are ready. – You simply define who should get what access privileges...and it’s done.
Expandable
The datamodel and functionality of webCUBE_AMS can be expanded easily and fast. While the current model already includes extensive information and functionality and is enhanced on an ongoing basis, it can accommodate any additional requirements you may have specifically for your organization. For Alberta's Health Professions, for example, we ensure that the data model includes all data requirements by external parties such as the Provider Registry as part of the WHIC (Western Health Information Collaborative) or your respective Canadian Association.

Use the information managed through the application on your public website by providing information such as: Current Staff, Council or Committee listing including position and contact information Member Register including Member Details Publications including downloadable documents Calendar of events, weekly polls, news and FAQs. |
