Since webCUBE_AMS is fully web-based and is based on a user-group based security model, the ways of how you can implement and make the functions available to your system users is virually unlimited. You can define as many groups of users as you wish, simply assign the appropriate access privileges to each user group (note: the security administration can be fully controlled by the end-user) and individuals assigned to any particular user group have immediately access to the system based on the privileges given.
The following diagram illustrates a possible implementation model utilizing various user groups with different access privileges. Please note that webCUBE_AMS also provides generic functionality that can be provided to the general public without login requirements.
